Bus line servo control system adopt Japan Panasonic bus line servo distributor control system for human-machine interface.
Each color print head use Japan Panasonic servo motor for independent drive system.
The speed of screen and blanket is adjustable to meet any kind of fabric printing with best effect.
PLC with the function of speed and time indicator, error diagnosis and register parameter setting and locking function, which realize human-machine interface control and easy for printing and maintain work.
Screen base suit to different repeat and length of screen used in the same machine at the same time.
Adopt the digital register system, which suit to different production with high production efficiency, and help you save the consumption for making fabric sample before bulk production up to 6%.
As the machine adopt digital and independent transmission system which get rid of the transmission chain, print head can be recycle used for repeat order, which will reduce your cost.
The gluing system adopt magnetic rod gluing system which can make the gluing more even and stable and avoid to appear bubble.
