This machine is attached to a 20 mm seamless felt, precisely designed hydraulic folder, magnetic levitation separate holder and electric oil cylinder. This machine is used as an essential part of cotton preshrinking process. It is ideal for blended fabric that contains above 65% cotton. Constant tension feeding device
The offered equipment is equipped with precisely developed frame, active draw shaft, slide panel, footboard and photoelectric controllers. This machine has a key role in feeding of fabric in a trouble free manner, to maintain necessary width of fabric and to protect fabrics against wrinkles due to fluctuated tension.
Overfeeding device and holder
This machine is equipped with four wheel driving section. The location of its overfeeding wheel is managed by leading screw and it is electrically controlled. Convenient to handle, this polyurethane made overfeeding wheel has long working life. Its holder is actually a magnetic fluctuate model that has been designed recently and this item is devoid of any connecting part between its right and left sides. Its width can be modified within 350mm-1450mm range and the width can be changed without interrupting the functioning of this machine or sans changing its folder.
This section is made of stainless steel with double layered construction. The nozzles located on its upper part are of conclave shape. The nozzles located its underside are notable for their convex shape. Its unique design is useful for inhibiting entrance of condensed water. Its main pipe consists of a stainless steel ball valve for regulating the volume of steam. This section also includes a condensing system and a vapor liquid separator.
The top most part of steam box can be opened by using an air cylinder. This machine simplifies fabric feeding work and it is acknowledged for its automatic closing system.
The compacting section is considered as the key part of this equipment and it is designed with 20 mm ring felt, electric oil cylinder and damping plate.
After completion of steam humidification process, the fabrics are conveyed to the compacting and setting unit of this machine. After compacting the fabric between its felt and damping plate, it passes through the setting area located between felt and cylinder. The size of these fabrics will be set under the cylinder with high temperature level so that the treated fabrics can attain necessary width and soft to touch shiny surface.
The temperature of the cylinder can be modified as per the needs of the process and it can be managed by a thermo-regulator with up to ±1℃ temperature precision.
The pneumatic device of this machine is utilized for guiding the movable route of felt which is tensioned by using pneumatic cylinder. The pressure of this pneumatic device can be modified as per requirements.
The main speed of this machine is determined by the speed of its first cylinder and the speed of its second cylinder depends on the speed of its first cylinder. The tension adjusting roll located between both of its cylinder is useful for maintaining tension stability of the fabrics.
A conveyor is a specially designed belt which is required for transferring fabrics in a tensionless manner without causing any drift. The speed of this conveyor belt depends on the machine's main speed.
This equipment's folding section consists of body frame, hydraulic system and a set of guide roll pressure plate lifting table. The motion of this lifting table is managed hydraulically. It drops automatically in sync with folding height so that the fabrics can be automatically taken out of the folder by its conveyor belt.
This machine is operated by 4 gear motor reducers and this motor is controlled by PLC regulated inverter with HMI operating system. The main speed and overfeeding ratio of this machine can be modified as per the specific needs of the process.
