The Tube Compactor Machines we offer are equipped with magnetic levitation abstracted holders, electric oil cylinders, 20mm seamless felt, self-loading hydraulic precise folders etc. These machines are primarily utilized for the preshrinking procedure of cotton. Blender fabrics of more than 65% cotton can put-upon these machines also. The machines manage wool circular fabrics with a preshrink ratio of 18% and shrinkage less than 5%. Coming to the structure of the machine, these are characterized with constant tension feeding devices, which consist body frames, foot boards, photoelectric controllers, active draw shafts, R shaped fabrics trunks etc.
The primary function these execute is to feed the fabrics into the machines smoothly, by eliminating the instability of fabric’s width and shrinkage grounded by tension moves. The compacting section is the most important part of the machines, which includes electric oil cylinders, damping plates and 20mm ring felt. The fabrics is consolidated between the felt and damping plates when fabrics leave the damping plates it goes into the setting zone between felt and cylinder. The temperature of the cylinder can be adjusted according to the requirement of operation and is controlled by a thermos-regulator.
